has been teaching people of all ages to play piano for over 30 years. She received a MA in piano performance from California State University, Chico where she worked with Dr. Sylvie Beaudette, Dr. Robert Bowman, Caren Levine and also studied organ with Dr. David Rothe. As an adjunct professor, Sandra taught music theory, ear training, studio piano and general piano classes at CSU, Chico.
After graduating from Chico State, Sandra was one of five pianists from the United States accepted by audition to study at the prestigious American Institute of Musical Studies in Graz, Austria. She has also toured Costa Rica performing at the universities and in Monte Verde.
In 2014, Sandra realized her dream of opening an academy where students can explore many options for musical expression in one convenient location.
